Lead business strategy and financials, develop and coordinate consumer driven strategic brand plans that maximize available resources, increase profitability and build long-term brand equity.


Brand Management & Marketing
>  Use marketing expertise to ensure development and execution of strategies and oversee programs to drive brand growth and build image and equity
>  Develop and oversee creative and merchandising development and expenditures in line with Maison and MHUSA guidelines
>  Develop and manage brand influencers and influencer strategies in order to drive brand visibility, sales, and social media impressions
>  Maintain an excellent understanding and pulse on core Nectar Imperial Rose consumer and influencer culture, and utilize insights and relationships to identify potential artists for Hero programs
>  Partner closely with in the night ambassadors to ensure awareness of trends within nightlife business channels

Strategic Planning and Business Development:
>  Develop strategic, consumer-driven plans that maximize brand equity, revenue, and profit
>  Develop, allocate & track high impact POSM & VAP for deployment in the Regions
>  Maintain effective project and timeline management of 360 programming while maintaining a strong partnership with Global and Maison teams
>  Drive rapid communication processes for national programming and brand information to the sales regions in order to develop effective in market execution for volume growth
>  Partner closely with the sales regions on executing, monitoring & providing feedback to key market initiatives and investment strategy
>  Manage and track Advertising & Promotional (A&P) budget, ensure spend is prioritized against brand priorities and relevant growth opportunities
>  Conduct brand performance analysis in order to drive effective decision making
>  Monitor category dynamics and competitive activity in partnership with Business Intelligence to inform business strategy and create mitigation plans when budget is at risk


Education: MBA preferred

Languages: English language required

Skills & Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in luxury/US beverage alcohol business emphasizing in consumer marketing and luxury goods.
- Excellent understanding and pulse on core NIRO consumer culture & influencers
- Strong skills in project and timeline management (incl. 360 programming)
- Interest in the night business & trends, managing a team of night ambassadors
- Proven leadership and management capabilities including budgetary and strategic development.
