Louis Vuitton is building a top-notch team of passionate, committed, commercially-minded people! As the Senior Manager for our Client Services Center you will supervise approximately five Team Managers who are each responsible for a team of 18-25 Client Service Advisors in charge of handling contacts from Louis Vuitton customers (phone calls, emails, chat & social media).We are looking for a skilled Sr. Manager who can directly lead a team of client advisors as well as manage additional Team Managers in instances of extended Team Manager absence, open positions, or other scenarios requiring additional support.
To be a successful Sr. Manager for our Client Services Center you should be focused on creating an environment that supports open lines of communication. Acting as a key contributor to foster mutually successful relationships, the Sr. Manager should ensure the motivation of the team and build a strong team spirit. Establishing a Client-centric mindset is essential to ensure the highest level of Client experience and proactively address escalated Client interactions.
- BA/BS Degree required
- 3-4 years in similar role managing leaders and work teams
- Retail experience preferred.
- Fluent in English. Spanish is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Able to work autonomously, rigorous, detail-oriented, able to handle high volume and multi-task workload.
- Able to demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude; team player and able to build good professional working relationships with peers and management in a multilingual and multicultural environment.
