Assist the CRM Manager in the following activities:
> Requalification of current clients' database
> Briefing and following up with the stores to ensure data collection
> Implementation of the new CRM platform
> Implementation of the new touchpoints identified in the global contact strategy
> Coordination of all regions and sharing of projects
> Extraction of customers' lists for dedicated events and marketing activities
> Monitor CRM KPIs in all countries
> Campaign Performance tracking: Analyze promotions/events results and ROI > Support of new retail projects .
The intern is expected to become autonomous in the knowledge of the system of approach to CRM in the company and that he/she will learn its functionalities, connected to the achievement of the turnover targets that is aimed to reach thanks to the CRM department. In addition to this, it is expected that he/she will learn to carry out some specific analyses on competitors and the segmentation and profiling of the behavior of potential customers.
Master in Economics; Trade Marketing;
previous experience in CRM is a plus;
fluent in english, italian; french is a plus
