Moët Hennessy Australia has an exciting opportunity for a proactive and hands-on individual to join our dynamic team as State Sales Coordinator on a temporary contract, based in Sydney. Reporting to our State Sales Manager - NSW/ACT, this role is responsible for providing administrative and service support to the NSW/ACT sales team to enable the successful fulfilment of their responsibilities.

YOUR PROFILE - SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Your Profile - Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role you will have proven ability to:
- Manage all general administration relating to customer and supplier invoicing, Activation budgets, sample stock tracking, finance reporting, state meeting coordination and team travel.
- Manage artwork development requirements for On/Off premise outlets and trade marketing.
- Compile and share requests for trade applications, price lists, sample bottles, catalogues, tasting notes, and bottle shot images by the requested deadlines.
- Assist Account Managers in all facets of event coordination.
- Generate and submit territory sales reports to the sales team, along with other adhoc reports as requested.
- Support the sales team with in-store tastings, managing bookings and organising relevant resources.
- Coordinate POSM merchandising and display requests, bookings and deliveries.
