Reporting to the Store design director and working within the Store design team your main missions will be :
- Preparing boutique layout and visual merchandising strategy based on local market brief and Tag Heuer guideline. Following up with architect team 3d, drawings stage. Exchanging with local construction team to secure a construction in line with brand expectation.
- Controlling visual merchandising in our POS Net work.
- Working on our boutique new concept and prepare Roll out stage.
-STORE DESIGN :
-Prepare boutique first layout based on brief and Tag Heuer guideline.
-Follow up Design team on 3d and drawings process
-Exchange with local team to respect design, time frame and budget.
-After opening, based on pictures, control boutique execution (quality check on Construction part and visual merchandising).
-Collect photos reports and control good execution of TAG HEUER merchandising guideline.
-Suggest, illustrate and submit potential improvement,.
-CONCEPT ROLL OUT:
-As a part of new concept team, follow up each stage of the project to prepare roll out in our different POS.
-Collect information and brief Roll out design team,
Prepare Architecture and Visual merchandising guideline.
-Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Store planning / visual merchandising (Luxury goods).
-Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop-Illustrator); Autocad and Microsoft Office
-Knowledge of premium or luxury segment is appreciated.
-Strong Creativity and detail focused
-Expertise in construction process and materials.
-Experience of managing different projects at the same time.
-Pragmatic, Organized, team player, energetic and result oriented.
-Strong empathy and ability to understand and create bonds within different cultural environment,
-Fluent French and good level of English.
