  2. TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE P&L
  3. IDENTIFY AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT AND WORK HAND IN HAND WITH MANAGERS TO IMPLEMENT ACTION PLANS TO ACHIEVE THE COMMERCIAL OBJECTIVES
  4. ESTABLISH A CLIENT-CENTRIC MINDSET TO OFFER CLIENTS THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN STORE AND ACHIEVE THE CRM OBJECTIVES
  5. TRANSLATE THE STORE'S OBJECTIVES INTO CONCRETE DAILY TARGETS AND TASKS, INSPIRE THE TEAM TO REACH THE TARGETS
  6. BE THE LINK BETWEEN THE HEAD OFFICE AND THE STORE

BRAND AMBASSADOR AND PROMOTER:

  1. BE THE AMBASSADOR OF THE BRAND AND ENDORSE THE CULTURE AND VALUES TO PROMOTE CELINE

  4. GUARANTEE THE PROPER EXECUTION OF ALL TASKS RELATED TO THE DIGITALIZATION OF THE STORE

EDUCATION : MASTERS/BACHELOR DEGREE

EXPERIENCE : 5-6 YEARS OF RETAIL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT.
