Position

Key Mission of the Store Manager London Sloane St. is to be a Brand Ambassador being responsible for the targets achievement, brand promotion, clientele development and outstanding customer journey.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor and achieve store performance with relevant KPIs
  • Analyze the business, propose and implement action plans to improve results, generate sales for each product category also by promoting cross-selling and upselling
  • Demonstrate sales leadership for staff and set performance team and individual targets and KPIs 
  • Act as brand ambassador to strengthen/build relationships with VIP clientele/new customers
  • Develop loyal FENDI customers and implement appropriate CRM tools and clienteling actions including in-store events
  • Assist the teams in the selling process by coaching on the job
  • Motivate employees to maximize team spirit, promote teamwork and maintain harmonious staff relations
  • Enhance individual's performance by discussing individual performance every month, daily coaching
  • Work with HR Dept in recruiting the most qualified applicants to meet the store needs
  • Improve Mystery Shopper Results with action plans
  • Identify individual and team training needs to develop Talents and communicate these needs to HR Department
  • Inform management of decisions and procedures relating to business made at store level and any staff issues
  • Review and submit sales and operational reports to management in adherence to company's KPIs and policies
  • Take necessary actions to effectively control costs and ensure efficient operation in the store
  • Ensure that FENDI's standards and guidelines are applied and maintained at all time across the customer service, internal control and back office activities (stocks, administration, etc.).
  • Ensure that Visual Merchandising is consistent with Company standards and display is always the best, aligned with sales performance.

Profile

  • 7-10 years' experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales
  • 5-7 years' experience in a top luxury location 
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree
  • Strong selling and communication skills are necessary
  • Excellent relationships skills, self-reliant, friendly and patient
  • Leadership, confidence, organization, professionalism
  • Strong customer orientation skills
  • Administration skills
  • Goal orientation and multitasking
  • Computer skills and Retail management system knowledge
  • Strong knowledge and/or interest for fashion/luxury industry
  • Fluent English. Other languages are a plus
