Job Purpose:

Responsible for the excellent management of the Bulgari store through the achievement of the sales objectives, coaching and maintaining a highly motivated sales team as well as delivering exceptional service to the clients.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store to achieve sales objectives and retail KPI
  • Manage all retail operations, procedures and compliance
  • Propose and monitor expenses of existing store and implement cost efficiency measures
  • Work with Regional Marketing & Communications Team to ensure the overall marketing and communication strategy is aligned to store needs
  • Constantly nurture relationships with clients, in store and outside the store implementing client database activities, as per marketing guidelines
  • To embrace and collaborate with Ecommerce to engage and provide a holistic retail experience for the client through Omnichannel
  • Establish good working relationship with Landlord and be updated about Mall activities
  • Concur to the definition of action plans related to the mystery shopping results and ensure their implementation
  • Constantly coach sales team on extraordinary service, selling skills and attitude to deliver a unique and memorable shopping experience
  • Address client concerns/disputes/complains assuring that the client satisfaction is restored.
  • Be responsible for the good maintenance, the safe environment, the good functioning of the store as well as respect of excellent uniforms and grooming standards
  • Supervise After Sales Service request providing excellent service to the customers

Additional information


  • At least 6 to 8 years of Retail Operations background with 3 years in relevant role
  • Must have experience in leading a team, at least 5 years in people leadership capacity
  • A Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Knowledge of jewelry and watches with good sales experience is preferred
  • Solid understanding of the luxury industry
  • Sales and results-driven
  • An effective leader with high sense of integrity
  • Strong in communication skills  and experienced in coaching
  • Possess business acumen and strategic in retail processes
  • Client-centric with excellent networking skills
  • Must be a dynamic professional with can-do attitude
  • Strong number-sense and good in MS Office skills/reporting
