Position

Objectives:
Coordinate the design Development, the project and site management for Retail and Wholesale chain of stores worldwide

Main activities and responsibilities

Manage globally the Store Planning activities related to the realization of stores, from due-diligence to final delivery, particularly in terms of timing, costs and quality of the project, respecting and reflecting the corporate concept guidelines as well as the local requirement.

Be the reference point for all professional representatives such as corporate and regional teams (Retail/Wholesale, Finance, Admin, Legal, Logistic, Visual Merchandising, IT) to ensure the correct development of all aspect of the project, and all external consultants, vendors, local architects, contractors and suppliers.

Coordinate the Restyling and minor works program of existing stores and supervise and coordinate all architectural and construction activities involved with the renovation or creation of new stores from A to Z

- Prepare feasibility studies, to evaluate locations and estimate budgets and timings

- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Commercial, Admin, Visual Merchandising, IT Departments, to ensure the correct development of all aspects of the project

- Collect start-up information from corporate and local parties (Retail Manager, Partners, etc) necessary to develop the design in accordance with company commercial requirements

- Establish contact with LL architectural team, to get location drawings and guidelines and all other necessary technical start up information

- Develop location layout to match planned retail sales and organize internal review with all corporate and local team involved

- Develop design set including layout, facade design, RCP, etc, meeting corporate requirements

- Prepare cost reports and updates during the project development

- Manage all direct vendors quotations and orders

- Review consultant and contractors drawings to ensure consistence with project and concept, from preliminary submission up to shop drawings

- Visit construction site and preparation of reports, from setting to punch-list completion and opening, to ensure quality of building construction and millwork installation, identifying out standing issues and ensuring appropriate follow-up

- Collect built drawings and keep record of store opening information

- finalize financial accounts closures

5 years experience in Store Planning

Experience in Luxury / fashion retail

Excellent coordination and communication skills

Permanent care to details and result-oriented

Positive attitude and reliable behaviour

Computer skills : Word, Excel, Power Point, Photoshop, AutoCAD 2D and 3D

Fluent English, Italian
