Louis Vuitton is seeking a Store Planning Seasonal based in our New York City office that with gain exposure to a Project Manager role, as well as interact with both our stores and design teams and outside vendors to manage deliverables and expectations. This role will develop minor works scope sheets, including photos, plans and elevations, and update these plans in Auto CAD for previously completed projects. The Store Planning Seasonal will place orders for furniture, carpers, create RFPs, purchase agreements and new vendor forms, while also coordinating delivery and instillation with stores and retail teams.
The Store Planning Seasonal will be responsible for cost savings analysis, determining Circulation Coefficient for front and back of house Space Monitoring, and maintaining lamp, light and code compliances. The role will also order History Documentation, collect specs, sizes and artwork for America Network, while also maintaining project and Regional Master budgets. Additionally, this role will assist Project Managers with on-going projects for practical architectural application.
We are eager to speak to individuals that have a Bachelors Degree in Architecture and/or Interior Design, with a minimum two years' experience through internships or full-time work at architecture firms or other retail planning departments. The ideal candidate will understand construction documents, and experience working with millwork shop drawings, fabric selection, space planning and layouts. Additionally, familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Sketch Up are ideal.
