The essential job duties:
- As DIOR Ambassador and role model to team members.
- Key support to Boutique Manager on day-to-day boutique operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, VM, logistic, etc.
- Key support to Boutique Manager in people management, e.g. coaching and motivating team members.
- Client development, including recruitment, retention, engagement and always promote the spirit of excellent client experience.
- Embrace DIOR selling ceremony, enthusiastic in achieving sales target and optimize every selling opportunity.
- Pillar to teamwork and harmonious work environment at boutique.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail/ fashion retail/ luxury retail.
- Pleasant and presentable outlook and disposition.
- Good spoken of Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Passionate with fashion and luxury retail industry.
- Customer oriented and enjoy interacting with customers.
- Solid leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, vibrant, positive energy and go-getter.
- Computer and Microsoft utilities savvy.
