Position

Brand Ambassador

  • Excite and instill passion and pride for the brand
  • Embody the brand image for customers and the store team and have a strong understanding of the brand DNA

General Store VM/ Client Management

  • Assist management in the maintenance of all visual guidelines
  • Maintain store standards that reflect the brand image at all times
  • Enhance customer service standards in store to ensure world class service is delivered at all times
  • Drive utilization of client book, Celine Connect and ACE platform, for yourself and through the team
  • Consistently achieve sales objectives and KPIs
  • Motivate Sales Consultants and develop standards for quality of the selling ceremony, customer service, grooming are maintained and consistent with brand requirements

 

Sales/ Business Monitoring

  • Assist in monitoring, motivating and communicating sales targets and KPIs to the team
  • Maintain strong communication with the team and management, contributing to the sharing of information, processes, initiatives and ideas
  • Support the team on the shop floor in all areas of their responsibilities, providing them with coaching and guidance
  • Assist in dealing with customer complaints, exchanges and queries, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and efficiently within the remit of our policies
  • Lead the smooth daily running of the shop floor in conjunction with management, including driving team productivity
  • Ensure stock loss is minimised by supporting management conduct weekly rotative inventories and bi-annual stock takes and maintaining stock room standards
  • Keep up to date of market trends in the retail industry (specifically UK RTW and LG market), understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of merchandise, and develop product knowledge among the team

 

Project Management

  • Support the management team in the roll out of instore projects
  • Providing when necessary feedback in written and verbal form
  • Drive the objective of the projects, ensuring all team are coached and motivated to achieve the results.
  • Provide sound ideas for improvement

 

Team Management/ Back Office

  • Lead and inspire the team through morning briefings, training and direct coaching together with management
  • Create a team spirit whilst motivating and driving the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
  • Ensure all Company policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Instruct and supervise staff in the correct execution of operating procedures, pricing, merchandise receipt, product returns

 

 


Profile

Education and Experience

  • Experience: minimum of 3 years' experience in sales and driving service in Luxury Retail, minimum of 1 year managing people
  • Software: Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Good team player and ability to work on own with high levels of motivation
  • Sound knowledge of UK Retail Laws, security and Health and Safety Legislation
