The Supply Chain coordinator's role is to support e-commerce operations in the US by ensuring stock allocation for order fulfilment and optimizing available for e-commerce operations stock and assortment. Reporting to Supply Chain Manager, the coordinator will need to work closely with dedicated E-commerce Team, Regional Merchandizers, Central Supply Chain Planning and logistics.



  • Monitor and enable e-commerce orders fulfillment with a goal to minimize order cancellations:
    • Allocate stock for orders fulfilment
      • Enable order fulfillment from stock available in stores
      • Initiate and follow up all necessary stock transfers related to e-commerce activity
      • Monitor compliance for all transfer/rebalancing actions
    • Monitor and optimize dedicated for e-commerce stock of permanent products
    • Collaborate with E-commerce Warehouse Operational Manager on all stock quality related aspects
    • Monitor stock shortages and coordinate with central supply chain teams on stock replenishment
  • Monitor and give recommendations for dedicated e-commerce assortment:
    • Monitor E-commerce sales trends and provide analytics on sales
    • Collaborate with Merchandizing and E-commerce teams on assortment decisions for dedicated to E-commerce stock
  • Monitor stock allocation for returned products:
    • Establish a process for returned products stock allocation in collaboration with Merchandizing and Operations teams
    • Monitor compliance for established process
    • Provide analytics on returns volume by category
  • Cooperate with Stores Operations team on overall North America Inventory accuracy:
    • Establish a process for registering all discrepancies between physical and reported inventory
    • Collaborate with Stores Operations teams on discrepancies explanation and monitor resolution
    • Provide documentation on discrepancies and root causes
  • Communications:
    • Work with different departments such as E-commerce/Merchandising / Finance / Regions / Central Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations in Supply Chain
  • Ensure Store to Web order fulfilment
    • Establish a process for collection, validation and fulfilment of store to web requests
  • Build reporting tools and KPI's for e-commerce supply chain operations:
    • Order fulfilment activity, backlog and lead-times
    • Order cancellations
    • Returns
    • Store to Web allocations and others


  • At least 1 to 2 years' experience in Supply Chain is a plus
  • Excellence at Excel, knowledge in Access and or VBA will be a valuable advantage
  • Analytical capabilities and agility, detail oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work across functional areas and levels of organization
  • Must have an extremely strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently
  • Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English written and spoken
