Position

Warehousing
- Responsible for the monitoring of KPIs for our service providers (warehousing)
- In charge of the analysis and action plan if the KPIs are below the target
- Monthly analysis of the costs vs Budget, R1, R2. Set-up action plan in case costs exceed Budget/R1/R2
- Lead improvements projects to drive efficiency on costs
Transport
- Weekly follow-up of the service rate for transport (Retail/Wholesale/ECOM) and implementation of action plan if needed
- Monthly check of the costs vs Budget, R1, R2 for transport (Retail/Wholesale/ECOM)
- Set-up action plan in case costs exceed Budget/R1/R2
Distribution
- Distribution of new products in order to respect launch dates
- Set-up and monitoring of the stock targets in the system
- Monitoring of the availability rate in order to reach the target and take actions if needed
Sales forecast
- Set-up of the forecast/product potential for new products
- Forecast at SKU level by channel (Retail, ECOM, Wholesale)
- Collaborative work with Finance and Sales in order to share a common vision
- Calculation and monitoring of the forecast accuracy
Profile
- Ideally 2 years of experience in Supply Chain
- Advanced analytical skills, great synthesis capacity
- Pragmatic, agile and able to quickly find solutions
- Excellent level on Excel
- Fluent in English, knowledge of French would be a plus
