Position

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and the management of the UK 3PL based in Milton Keynes It is the primary interface with the Operational Team based in Hersham. Communicating capacity and performance data created and maintained using Business Intelligence and information gathered from the 3PL.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management and coordination with the UK 3PL
  • Management and reporting of the KPI's agreed.
  • Management of UK Customs Broker for UK LVMH P&C Brands
  • Monitor and maintain service levels of UK distribution in line with agreed budgets
  • Implement and be responsible for continuous improvements programme
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels at the 3PL at all times
  • Ensure a smooth flow of finished goods (Retail & eCommerce) through UK DC to the final customer
  • Ensure customer logistical specifications are maintained and adhered to at all times.
  • Generate additional documentation required to support off shore deliveries from UK DC - Commercial Invoices, DG notes
  • Weekly catch up with UK Operations team including Demand Planners
  • Inform all departments of any delay incurred in the availability of products from the UK DC
  • Be the principle point of contact for inbound delivery issues with the UK 3PL including responsibility for conflict resolution
  • Liaise closely with the Operations and Supply Team to support the Management of all stock (slow movers and obsolete) held at UK DC
