Provide a supply chain expertise to efficiently support the Regional team (performance improvement, operational assistance and project support)

Bring guidance and support to the Markets to enable them to achieve their objectives (Customer, Costs, Cash and Compliance) 


Performance Monitoring & Improvement   

  • Produce the monthly Supply Chain KPI dashboards, including qualitative comments, insights and actions plan
  • Anticipate and produce the material (mainly presentations) for the management meetings (Quarterly SC Meetings, Comex, Comop, ...)
  • Provide regular and qualitative Executive Summaries to the Management, clearly highlighting points of attention and informing about the implementation of corrective actions 
  • Create market specific KPI scorecards for use in reviews during market meetings / visits 
  • Provide coaching and advice to the market's supply chain team to help them to improve performance and efficiency (typically non-technical subject areas)


Allocation Management   

  • Work with Maisons, Region and Distribution Companies to optimize products' availability and allocation of scarce products 
  • S&OP meeting at Region level: get the consolidated regional agreement on allocations and communicate to Maisons and markets  
  • Ensure consistency between the allocations agreed by Region and managed in APO 



  • De-code the bottle and case codes found across European countries, update the European database, give feedback to markets and follow-up with other regions


Supply Chain Projects   

  • Contribute to strategic projects (Forecasting & Demand Planning, Inventory modelling, Traceability portal, new Disco creation, Russian 3S project, and any other project the management may launch)
  • Work on operational supply chain projects and initiatives as required by the business eg. Traceability, EDI, upcoming 3PL RFQ's in markets, Business Continuity Planning 
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and information to support projects and initiatives as requested by the Supply Chain Director 



  • Engineer or Supply Chain degree
  • Significant experience in Supply Chain
  • Experience in project management
  • Good knowledge of SAP and APO is a plus
  • English fluent, French a plus
