Position
JOB PURPOSE:
The Supply Chain Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. By working closely with the Supply Chain team, the Trainees supports the organization's short and long-term objectives through day to day administrative and long-term project work. Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results, and present plans to Executive Leadership Team.
Profile
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Streamline communication between E-Commerce, Supply Chain and Boutiques
- Coordinate with stores to allocate products for E-Commerce
- Analyze E-Commerce stock and replenishment targets
- Provide recommendations to improve stock availability and sales potential for E-Commerce Business
- Communicate daily and weekly reports to key stakeholders
- Assists and supports the Supply Chain department in key administrative assignments
- Executes work as directed in an accurate and in a timely manner
- Makes and receives telephone calls, provides requested information or refer calls to other staff
- Arranges and coordinates conferences and meetings as needed
- Collaborate with their team to develop initiatives to improve business results, presents plan to Executive Leadership Team
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
- Available to work M-F, 9am to 6pm
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (proficiency in Excel)
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with internal and external groups
- Strong time management skills and prioritization
- Ability to multitask and show flexibility across priorities
- Ability to operate all equipment and programs necessary to perform the job
- Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing and handling information of a confidential, controversial and sensitive nature
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels of the organization
