The Digital Marketing Director will partner with the VP of Marketing, Digital & Communications to drive the digital marketing strategies that enhance TAG Heuer's immediate revenue growth and long-term strategic positioning. As Digital Marketing Director, you should demonstrate excellent digital skills combined with knowledge of the latest marketing techniques.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
> Plans and executes all digital activations, SEO/SEM, marketing database, performance marketing, email and display advertising campaigns for the North American market (USA and Canada) and support the business strategy.
> Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
> Manages US social media in accordance with HQ guidelines (i.e., editorial content, geo-localized posts and tweets related to local events)
> Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
> Manages the main media agency for all the digital activations and media buy; collaborates with and manages other vendor partners to insure timely and effective execution of plans. Tracks associated budgets. Continually monitors ROI.
> Manages and maintains corporate Web portal and e-commerce functionalities; responsible for the e-commerce target and, in coordination with the Headquarter team, to plan and execute the actions needed to achieve the target.
> Responsible for portal and e-commerce KPI, such as traffic, users, conversion rate
> Support strategic TAG Heuer e-commerce retailers in the definition and execution of the digital plans to support TAG Heuer sales though their e-commerce portals. Sends timely content and product updates. Continually ensures that each site maintains appropriate brand representation and accurate product details. Handles all e-commerce questions/issues related to these retailers
> In coordination with HQ develops and maintain a branded e-corner for use on wholesale accounts' e-commerce sites
> Works with Finance team on budgeting, requests for financial assistance, etc.
> Evaluates emerging technologies. Provides thought leadership and input for adoption where appropriate.
> Partners with head office and provides input for improving the usability, design and content of the brand website.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
> Willingness to work in an extremely hands on manner - develop the strategy behind a particular initiative and then execute all details
> Demonstrated analytical skills.
> Proven business communication and writing skills, and excellent presentation skills.
> Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel and strong Powerpoint.
> Ability to proactively prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously within time constraints and with strong attention to detail.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
8-10 years marketing experience required
Digital marketing and e-commerce experience required
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Communications
