POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator assists the marketing team in the execution of the overall marketing and PR strategy.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
> Payment & Tracking of vendor invoicing (creation and tracking of PO)
> Event Assistance:
o Organizes and secures any product consignments/giveaways
o Ships necessary event-related materials and POS
o Provides on-site support
> PR assistance:
o Organizes and secures any product consignment
o Keeps tracking of loans
o Arranges for weekly press reports and updates retailer portal with weekly PR updates
o Liaise with the agency to organize meetings with press and media
> Tracks and ships all product consignments. Handles all giveaway requests
> Visual team assistance:
o Assists with fulfilling all Account Executive visual requests
o Handles event inventory cycle counts
o Maintains event inventory/safe
o 40 Visuals website - updates information provided by AEs, door open/close status, etc.
o Bi-weekly call update (meeting prep)
o Update vendors of new/closed accounts for database
> Media team assistance:
o Liaise with creative teams and agencies to organize media assets
o Support the preparation of reports for the managements
o Manages the sales incentives reports and supporting materials
o Coordinates and support the creation of all the needed tools for the sales teams (catalogues, brochures, etc)
Profile
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
> Strong Excel skills, proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
> Demonstrated ability to proactively prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously within time constraints and with strong attention to detail and follow through
> Excellent communication skills
> Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage third party resources
> Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
> Bachelor Degree in Advertising, Marketing or Communications required
> At least 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar marketing or administrative role required
