Louis Vuitton are seeking to recruit an innovative and experience Talent Acquisition Manager on a four month fixed term contract. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Director, this New York based role will be responsible for the attraction, recruitment and on-boarding for all corporate employees. This is a highly visible and business critical role will manage the full cycle recruitment and on-boarding for all permanent and temporary positions in our corporate offices, across all departments while also helping support centralized talent acquisition initiatives and talent projects.
The Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager partners closely with leaders at all levels to select and hire top talent, from assessing a role and building a job description to sourcing, selection, offer, onboarding and orientation. The role includes external recruitment as well as placement of internal candidates from within Louis Vuitton and LVMH. This position is responsible for partnering with business leaders on all staffing and hiring matters, inclusive of some visa administration, and also manages the onboarding administration for internal and external new hires. The Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager will also serve as a key member of the Talent Acquisition community for Louis Vuitton Americas, participating in talent acquisition task force initiatives and supporting retail and on-campus recruitment periodically as well.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in fast paced and diverse corporate environment. This is a Manager level position that requires both strategic consultative support to the business, as well as operational and administrative tasks, and allows for insight and relationship building across all levels with all of our corporate population. The successful candidate will possess, excellent problem solving skills, effective oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver to tight deadlines.
