Louis Vuitton US Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking to recruit an innovative and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager. Reporting into the Human Resources Director, this role will be responsible for the attraction, recruitment and on-boarding for all employees in our workshops in California and Texas. This highly visible and business critical role, will manage the full cycle recruitment process and on-boarding for all positions in our US ateliers, across all departments while also helping support centralized talent acquisition initiatives, analytics, and talent projects. This position will have Talent Acquisition Specialists under their reporting structure.
The Talent Acquisition Manager partners closely with leaders at all levels to select and hire top talent, from assessing a role and building a job description to sourcing, selection, offer, on-boarding and orientation. The role includes external recruitment as well as placement of internal candidates from within Louis Vuitton and LVMH. This position is responsible for partnering with business leaders on all staffing and hiring matters, inclusive of some visa administration, and also manages the on-boarding administration for internal and external new hires. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also serve as a key member of the Talent Acquisition community for Louis Vuitton, participating in talent acquisition initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in fast paced and diverse manufacturing environment, and ensuring high retention levels. This is a Manager level position that requires both strategic consultative support to the business, as well as operational tasks, and allows for insight and relationship building cross-functionally within our workshop. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem solving skills, effective oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver against tight deadlines.
