Louis Vuitton is seeking an innovative and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support on all non-management retail recruitment. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, this LA based role will be responsible for the sourcing, recruitment and assessment of high caliber individuals by using effective and innovative recruitment methodologies & tools while also providing a professional and world class candidate experience.
We specifically seek someone who is resourceful, has strong communication skills, a passion for people and can operate in a fast-paced environment.
This highly visible and business critical role will require an individual who can think outside the box when it comes to recognizing great talent, learns quickly to gain a detailed knowledge of our business and takes pride in carefully matching the candidate with a team & store which can best leverage & support their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in fast paced and diverse environment with proven experience attracting and recruiting top caliber talent within a dynamic, client-centric environment (ideally gained within a retail setting). With extensive experience of conducting both in person and telephone interviews, this individual needs to have extensive experience of using Linkedin and other social media platforms, have excellent written & verbal communication skills, enjoy working in an evolving and demanding environment with a proven ability to constantly think on their feet.
