As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible of finding and retaining unique talent for LOEWE. You will discover talent on an international scale, ensure great relationships with both hiring managers and candidates and boost LOEWE´s employment brand.
Your mission will be to manage the entire recruitment process from the identification of recruitment needs to the enrollment of the employee ensuring that the new hire is the perfect fit for LOEWE.
- Partner with hiring managers to perfectly understand their recruitment necessities and create attractive and accurate job descriptions to attract the top talent.
- Manage for all positions the following actions: job posting, cv screening, phone interviews, group dynamics and face-to-face interviews.
- Support hiring managers through all the process by arranging interviews, preparing candidates report and participating in the final recruitment decision.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research.
- Develop and maintain relationship with universities and recruitment consultancies.
- Coordinate innovative employer branding actions.
- Prepare and consolidate from all markets weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
- Work with the rest of the HR team in different projects.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Advertising, Phycology or similar.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, other language would be considered as a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment, ideally in a fashion or retail company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel and Power Point. Proven experience in managing recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, BOF, etc.
- Passion towards Fashion, Art and Culture.
