Position

JOB PURPOSE:

The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. The Talent Acquisition and Management Trainee performs a wide variety of administrative duties which require considerable confidentiality, initiative, tact, mature and independent judgment as well as strong interpersonal, organizational and follow through skills. By working closely with their assigned Department, the Trainee supports the organization's short and long-term objectives through day to day administrative and long-term project work. Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results, and present plans to Executive Leadership Team.


Profile

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the coordination of interview schedules between the candidate and the Talent Acquisition Team, and respective Hiring Teams
  • Partner with LVMH Travel Department to coordinate travel and itineraries for prospective candidates
  • Support Human Resources team in sourcing and screening talent as well as extending offers for the Corporate Trainee Program
  • Manage the candidate administration process, including sending, receiving and maintaining applications and other administrative documents; communicate regular progress updates to the TA team
  • Open, post and close all requisitions on TalentLink
  • Conduct reference and background checks for candidates, communicating results with TA team per agreed upon timelines  
  • Support Dior Employer Branding initiatives through elevated candidate communication and by maintaining a welcoming environment for internal and external visitors
  • Participate in additional projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • 0-1 Years of Administrative or educational experience
  • Must be available M-F, 9am-6pm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
