Position

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team! As TA Manager, you will take the lead in building and developing a robust pipeline of retail and corporate talent for our fast-growing organization across North America. You will have experience working with passive candidates in a highly competitive space and the ability to cultivate long-term relationships with the retail community. You will act as a sourcing subject matter expert and deliver market insights back to the HR and Management teams to drive educated sourcing strategies in key markets. You will be responsible for full-life cycle recruitment across the Region. 


Profile

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage active and passive talent through outbound sourcing, resume screening, networking, referrals, recruitment events, etc.
  • Understand the LVMH Watch & Jewelry, TAG Heuer and Zenith employer value proposition to proactively source and attract top talent
  • Provide candidates with an accurate and compelling story as to why our organization is an Employer of Choice
  • Craft comprehensive search strategies, ensuring a sound understanding of the job responsibilities, requirements and talent gaps
  • Leverage data and insights, prior knowledge, and industry trends to build creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates
  • Participate in LVMH regional "open call" meetings and network within the broader LVMH community in the region to identify potential internal mobilities
  • Own the candidate process from initial outreach through the company onboarding
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team and assist in creating and maintaining a world-class candidate/employee experience
  • Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure OFCCP compliance
  • Administer background check reports
  • Draft and finalize all offer letters and employee application documents
  • Work with Hiring team and C&B Manager for salary proposals and negotiations
  • Manage and implement employee referral programs/campaigns
  • Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops
  • Support other HR projects as needed based on company needs, personal development opportunities and interests

Additional information

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition/staffing in house or on the agency side
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection/interview methods 
  • Hands on experience promoting openings through social media and digital tools
  • Experience with Success Factors a plus, ATS, sourcing and recruitment marketing tools
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills are essential - proficiency in one or more foreign languages a plus
