In order to strengthen our HQ HR team, we are looking for a passionate TALENT SOURCER. Reporting to the Global HR Director, The Talent Sourcer is responsible for the recruitment of talented individuals using effective and innovative recruitment methods or tools and provides also a professional and world class candidate journey for all applicants.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in fast paced and diverse environments with responsibility for high volume of recruitments.
With extensive experience of conducting both in person and phone interviews, you will have extensive experience of using LinkedIn and other social media platforms and excellent written & verbal communication skills, and enjoy working in an evolving and demanding environment.
You will be responsible to define the best sourcing strategy for candidate attraction through relevant channels (job boards, LinkedIn, schools or external recruitment partners) and you will be directly responsible to prescreen the best candidates in line with the profile definition done by the HR Business Partners and Line Managers.
You challenge and improve the existing recruitment process to create a unique experience of HUBLOT and define relevant Talent pools to answer effectively to Hublot recruitment needs.
You contribute actively to employer branding projects and support campus and schools' activities.
- Ideally 3-4 years' talent acquisition experience gained within a fast-paced corporate environment or within a recruitment agency
- Passion for attracting & sourcing best in class talents
- Extensive experience in using social media recruitment specifically LinkedIn
- Ability to build professional working relationships at all levels
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Detail & deadline oriented with a strong work ethic
- Team player
