Position

Louis Vuitton have a unique opportunity for inspirational and people focused leader to work in their state of the art Client Service Center in Irving, Texas. Working in this dynamic and vibrant call center environment, this vital role will focus on ensuring our customers have a world class experience each and every time they contact the business. As part of this fast paced and multifaceted role you will optimize the Client Service Center performance, ensuring your team delivers a luxury and customer centric experience by developing relationships with all clients in answering queries knowledgeably and effectively while also ensuring that all sales and KPI targets are achieved.


Profile

As a Team Leader within this environment and in collaboration with the designated Team Manager you will motivate, coach and develop the Client Advisor population, ensuring they have all the necessary information and skills to perform their roles at the optimum level while also dealing with any escalated client inquiries are dealt with in a timely & effective manner.

To be successful in this role you will have a true passion for customer services and team development and have a strong track record in working in a commercially driven and customer centric environment. With a positive solutions focused mindset, you will thrive working in a dynamic environment with a diverse range of clients. Given the high-profile nature of the role excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential along with innovative and creative problem solving skills.
