As part of this fast paced and multifaceted role you will optimize the Client Service Center performance, ensuring your team delivers a luxury and customer centric experience by developing relationships with all clients in answering queries knowledgeably and effectively while also ensuring that all sales and KPI targets are achieved.
As a Team Leader within this environment and in collaboration with the designated Team Manager you will motivate, coach and develop the Client Advisor population, ensuring they have all the necessary information and skills to perform their roles at the optimum level while also dealing with any escalated client inquiries are dealt with in a timely & effective manner.
