Position

As the Team Manager (Clienteling) - New Bond Street Maison, you will be based in the Louis Vuitton New Bond Street Maison and work alongside the Store Director to develop and drive the Client Development strategy in store, embed a clienteling mindset within the wider retail team, and directly manage your own team of Client Advisors.

As the 'voice' of client development in store, your strategic aim will be to inspire both Client Advisors and Managers to develop relationships with their clients by leveraging different tools, with a specific focus on elevating the Client Experience, and implementing transversal strategies to recruit new, and develop existing, clientele. You will be responsible for creatively leveraging business opportunities and increasing the share of sales in key product categories, such as Rare & Exceptional and Watches & Jewellery, to drive the commercial performance and growth of the Maison.

This is a transversal role, and therefore you will be expected to work closely with the management team in store, Head Office partners in London, and the teams in Paris to achieve your objectives. 

 


Profile

For this position, you must be an inspirational manager and natural leader of people. You will have extensive and in-depth retail based experience, and understand how to motivate teams to increased performance through coaching, and how to achieve larger business objectives through driving teams and elevating the client experience on the shop floor.

You must have extensive experience in the luxury industry in a senior retail management role, preferably dealing with VIP clientele. Essential experience would include a proven track record of recruiting new and developing existing clientele, having a strong network of local contacts in the London market, achieving impressive ROI from Events and Business Development, and having directly managed large teams (10+ people).
