Position

As a Team Manager in the Client Service Center, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will take ownership to lead and coach your team, proactively foster the achievement of sales goals and ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered. You will be responsible to recruit and build highly motivated teams, develop them to the next level and secure succession plans. You will represent the Brand values and demonstrate the Louis Vuitton attitudes toward Clients and team members. Daily operations management: > Supervises the overall daily operation of the Virtual Store by showing an exemplary attitude regarding the procedures (repairs, client database, reservation, transfers, etc), the call quality, the internal policies and making sure that KPI's and sales targets are well achieved. Team Management and Development: > Develop Assistant Team Managers and Client Advisors to ensure your team deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every Client, through demonstrating and modeling the 4 Louis Vuitton Attitudes (Empathy, Agility, Curiosity, Commercial mindset). Support them with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs, and those of their team, partner with the Field Coach Trainer to tailor individual action plans > Identify, recruit and develop talents, secure succession plans in collaboration with HR > Set individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance against expectations > Manage and motivate the team to drive business: create a positive and harmonious work environment, foster cooperation within the team and between managers Business growth: > Manages day-to-day and analyses for Client Service & stores activities, ensuring high-quality presentations by following the market trends in online marketing > Optimises sales through product display, marketing onsite, online, and cross-channel, and customer service to achieve overall business goals > Establishes and implements action plans in cooperation with partner teams (clienteling, Merchandising, Communications) to develop sales for each product category and clientele (web/mobile/CSC/multichannel) > Defines, implements and monitors sales forecasts and targets Client and Business Development: > Support the team in building long term Client relationship, leveraging the different clienteling tools > Establish a Client-centric mindset to ensure the highest level of Client experience and proactively handle Client-related situations > Communicate and inspire the team on corporate strategy and relevant business information (animate morning briefings, trainings) > Proactively provide the Country office with qualitative feedback based on local knowledge about the market and Client needs, leveraging expertise and knowledge within the team > Put in place action plans to boost business and maximize product performance, leveraging clienteling, training and team animation

Profile

> Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in Customer Service (Luxury industry not mandatory) > Experience in managing different levels of seniority > Strong coaching skills, with excellent sales performance and customer service standards. > Team player and able to build good professional working relationships with peers and management in a multilingual and multicultural environment > Managerial, organizational, and analytical skills, with strong engagement and entrepreneurial spirit > Enthusiastic leader, results and detail oriented, good communicator and influencer with creative mindset > Pragmatic and strategic, able to manage priorities and competing requirements, projects, reporting > Strong computer literacy & systems knowledge, experience with web analytics tools highly desirable > Proficiency in English, another language would be a plus > Flexible and ready to work on Saturdays, (Sundays) and Public Holidays
