- To support VM team by handling administrative work. (such as, Create PO, update different forms.)
- Liaise with Vendor to arrange video & visual update.
- Logistic arrangement. (Handling deliver and return of POSM, Tester and Deco kit, etc.)
- Prepare drawing submission to Property Management team.
- Liaise with supplier for security arrangement for launch setup
- Update VM furniture library.
- Ad hoc duties assigned by Management or Superior
Skills and Qualifications
- Computer Literacy (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge on Illustrator and Photoshop
- Good concept and understanding on visual merchandising and counter renovation
- Design background
- Extremely good attention to details and well organized
- Good time management and able to meet tight timeline
- Good team player with excellent communication skills
- Positive and committed
- Have numeric sense
- University graduate, design related discipline is preferred.
- 2 years related visual merchandising experience, preferably with MNC luxury brand
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
