Position

Major Responsibilities 
  • Assist Trade Marketing Manager to develop and execute trade marketing plans and promotion activities for dedicated accounts (counters and boutiques)
  • Organize trade animations (SPP/HPP/Roadshow) with 360 marketing proposal and work closely with VM team and contractors
  • Draft communications for trade promotions and events
  • Proactively negotiate exposures opportunity for new launches and counter activities to maximize brand awareness
  • Responsible for brand image during animations, promotions, on-counter events
  • Build close relationship with trade partners and identify business opportunities
  • Arrange VIP events at boutiques and customer activities at counters
  • Actively communicate with Retail Managers/ Supervisors to get feedbacks and suggestions on best practice
  • Suggest and roll out retail-tainment ideas for specific launches and seasons
  • Align joint promotions to maximize business growth and opportunity
  • Prepare reports and analysis on the performance of each promotion activity to monitor ROI
  • Presents to trade partners and internally on action plans if applicable
  • Monitor competitors' activities such as trade activities, value sets and GWP, to initiate promotion suggestions
  • Monitor budget for trade actions expenses (including follow up of PO and invoices)

Profile

Job Requirements 
  • University graduate, preferably in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years solid marketing experience in beauty industry
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (both English and Chinese version)
  • Responsible and strong sense of entrepreneurship and project ownership
  • Have initiative & creativity in formulating brand and marketing strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail minded, well organized
  • Multi-tasking, efficient, flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Team player, mature, independent, proactive and positive
