Position

Job Description: · Cross brand specialist for outlet level activation · Detailed planning & budgeting for outlet activations · Coordination & planning between Marketing & Sales · Monitoring, evaluation, reporting & recommendation of outlet activations Core Objectives: · Based on the annual Brand Plans develop a set of plans for outlet level activation designed to engage consumers & drive off-take . Core brand focus: GM Original / Lasanta / HY VSOP . Festival opportunities: Chandon / HY XO / M&C / VCP · Close planning between Brand teams & Sales teams to quantify scale of plans, number of outlets to be targeted, planned off take, schedule and level of investment · Based on these KPIs monitor, evaluate, report & recommend in timely fashion · Regular in market visits to evaluate performance, form basis of future recommendations · Understand outlet motivation to better ensure effectiveness of promotion mechanics / control · Competitor activation evaluation / reporting · Ensure Sales activations at outlets are consistent with Brand strategy as well as ensuring Marketing plans are consistent with reality of outlet environment

Profile

Education: University or above, major in Marketing and Communication or Business Management related.
