 Annual trade marketing plan (such as promotion plan, new door opening plan and key chain stores' events) by different channels (Department Store, Boutiques, Sephora and Ecommerce)

  Communicate and coordinate with trade and sales team closely to get more resources and supports to maximize exposures

  Co-work with product management team and sales department for promotion program.

  Define promotion strategy to meet overall budget and specific regional business objectives

   Monitor the execution of annual promotion plans and resources allocation

   Evaluate and analyze promotion result, work out future action plans   

   Tailor-made key account in-store activity calendar to ensure the goals of ranking

   Prepare and conduct key account annual presentation

   Ensure the maximum of in-store and outdoor brand visibility

  • University degree, fluent in English
  • 5 years or above related experience, familiar with retail operation
  • Cosmetics/ fashion-related experience is preferred
  • Microsoft Office
  • Willing to travel
