This position will report to the Commercial Director and will be based in Oslo. The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for developing Dior Brand Image within the Country.

Main responsibilities:

Trade Marketing:
Implementation and execution of the Trade Animation Plan
Support Training Manager in developing and Managing the Ambassador Program
Prepare and develop all Coop advertising

Digital Management:
Support the Nordics Team to implement the Digital and E-Retail plan in our Retailers
Manage E-Retail acceleration (projects, updates of new products, banners, events etc.)

Category Management:
Prepare monthly Marketing reporting for Headquarter
Prepare and Follow up of A&P budget
Management of Dior's Catalogue list
Translation for media and training with Training Manager
Translation of product names & functions for outer packaging and leaflets

Key Account Management:
Prepare and conduct Sales Cycles & Presentations to Sell-out team & Retailers
Assist the Country Manager in the KA negotiations

Media & PR:
Support and Build the PR Plan together with Nordic Marketing Director
Build a strong relationship with the press and influencers and organize local press meetings
Prepare all reports regarding PR
Track Dior media activities and build monthly reports

Support the Nordics Merchandising Manager in all Merchandising Projects implementation
Manage and execute all elements regarding local animation, podiums, windows & scotch prints
Update and implement all planograms to local standards


Master's Degree in Marketing

3 to 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing @ Brands

Key Account Management, Sales, or Retail experience is a plus
