Marketing Promotions & Sales coordination

  • Coordinate with Key Account Director and TR Managers in Korea and Japan
  • Elaboration the promotional calendar and plan the new permanent merchandising opportunities
  • Support sales team with sell-out initiatives and customer tools
  • Support sales team on business proposal
  • Assist Trade Marketing Director with designs, promoter, GWP agencies for the implementation of brand promotions across Korea and Japan
  • Coordinate & implement promotional & permanent merchandising projects
  • Support Sales & Market Analysis
  • Support in activations quantitative and qualitative evaluation (ROI analysis)
  • Consolidate competitor operational activities
  • Coordinate with the TR APAC Regional marketing department for marketing updates
  • Coordinate with logistic department to insure stock availability according to upcoming promotions per market
  • Coordinate product and POS orders
  • Keep track of A&P expenses and follow up Budget Plan
  • Plan training in the perimeter
  • Assist in preparing monthly meetings and minutes


Marketing survey and Intelligence

  • In charge of monthly reports and survey through tools like Pax Smart, IWSR
  • Summary of competitor activities through monthly report



  • PO creation, A&P invoice processing
  • PO consolidation, and New product form creation
  • Sending of samples requests
  • Other ad hoc administrative requests
  • Coordination of all itineraries and travel arrangements for customer meetings


Education : Degree and above in related discipline.

Languages : Korean + English + Japanese (would be a plus)

Professional experience & know how :

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a Marketing/Merchandising position, luxury industry (in Cosmetic and/or Wines & Spirits)
  • Knowledge of Duty Free/Travel retail/Retail is a plus
  • Asia Pacific markets experience

Technical & management skills :

  • Creative regional marketing/merchandising
