  • To contribute to the development & implementation of creative & high quality marketing promotions in China market with excellent brand representation in all major airports/downtown in the region.
  • Develop and implement local brand initiatives in China market (activations, permanent merchandising, loyalty programs, social communication on customer ecosystem) aiming at  increasing sales and brand perception.
  • Missions in coordination with the Marketing Director and the China sales team :

- Elaborate promotional calendars and plan the new permanent merchandising opportunities in collaboration with the sales team

- Ensure a 360 approach to fit all travellers' touchpoint

- Support sales team with sell-out initiatives and customer tools

- Develop designs  for activations in collaboration with Regional marketing

- Coordinate & implement activations & PM projects from customer's validation, production,  promoter training, GWP/POSM orders... to specific development

- Measure performance of key marketing campaigns, assess ROI & KPIs

- Consolidate competitor operational activities

- Keep track of A&P expenses and follow up Budget Plan 

- Plan training in the perimeter

- External Facing : Client Management for operational follow up

- Adapt communication + develop local content for in-store and on-line

  • Administrative

- PO creation, A&P invoice processing

- PO consolidation, and New product form creation

- Sending of samples requests

- Other ad hoc administrative requests

- Coordination of all itineraries and travel arrangements for customer meetings



  • University Degree or above in relevant degree



  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Native Mandarin


Professional experience & know how: 

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a Marketing/Trade-Marketing position, luxury industry (in Cosmetic and/or Wines & Spirits)
  • Experience in Travel retail in China 


Technical & management skills: 

  • Creative & operational marketing/merchandising
  • Excellent project planning & management
  • Good understanding of luxurious goods industry and duty free environment
  • Ability to well manage, plan & execute multiple regional projects at any given time
