Position
We are looking for a Trade Marketing/Customer Experience Manager, based in Sweden OR Denmark, for a temporary contract of 1 year, starting April 2021.
Tasks and responsibilities:
The Customer Experience Manager, reporting directly to the Marketing Director, will lead all customer activation plans and projects for Moët Hennessy portfolio in the Nordic markets in both on- and off-trade.
- Plan, validate and lead the execution of Customer activations in both on- and off-trade
- Create annual brand plans for Customer activations based on Brand Plan Guidelines and local strategic priorities set by the Marketing Director
- Oversee implementation and evaluation of brand plans/activations with the Customer Activation Managers
- Optimize and coordinate activations at Nordic level (program presentations, production of POSM, customer events etc.)
- Identify opportunities on the field in collaboration with Sales team to build activation planning
- Support the Marketing Director in reporting and requests related to Customer activations
- Manage A&P budget
- Develop new ideas to excite customers and consumers: create new brand experiences, develop innovative and tailor-made activations (rituals, visibility, perfect serve etc.)
- Be the Expert on trends in the trade and competitor activations: spend time in the trade in markets and monitor competitor trade activities
- Build a pool of key suppliers to deliver projects
- Manage a team of 4 Customer Activation Managers
Profile
Skills and Experience:
- 3 to 5 years' experience in marketing with a focus on trade activations
- Knowledge of luxury brand building
- Consumer and customer focus
- Strategic thinking and agility, operational excellence, strong presentation skills
- Creative, sparks innovative ideas, enthusiasm for trends, relationship building and networking
- Business acumen, P&L and budget understanding
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree
- Fully fluent in English. One of the Nordics languages a plus
