Position

We are looking for a Traffic Coordinator to join Fresh in our headquarters located in NYC. The main objective of the Traffic Coordinator is to be the liaison between Creative & all requesting stakeholders for non-campaign projects and initiatives.

The Traffic Coordinator will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Receive incoming non-campaign creative requests / be the point person of all communication to the requestor
  • Clarify details of need, gather necessary assets and timing parameters from requestor
  • Negotiate timelines and deliverables based on workload and resources
  • Oversee / enforce creation of proper Creative Brief that is complete and clear before kickoff with designers
  • Assign work to appropriate creative team member based on type of project and availability
  • Meet and brief creative team on projects
  • Follow up in writing on project status to all concerned
  • Track down missing pieces for designers when project is not yet actionable (copy, strategy, dimensions, etc)
  • Coordinate, schedule and attend in-person meetings when necessary
  • Route artwork to stakeholders, making sure that necessary sign offs are received in proper order
  • Work with DAM Coordinator to arrange release of approved assets
  • When new high-priority projects come in and derail existing timelines: re-assign work, re-prioritize projects, and/or re-negotiate deadlines accordingly
  • Coordinate photography of pack shots for all new saleable products as they become available/when needed, plan and coordinate ad-hoc shooting of non-saleable and promotion related pack shots.
  • ECRs- Responsible for kicking off, tracking, and checking revisions on affected creative assets, as necessary per ECRs. Independently trigger revisions per the estimated activation timing. Communicate availability of revised assets and roll out date to pertinent partners
  • Comp Creation- be point of contact for comp requests across teams & markets for photography, meetings, and product exchange. Consolidate, track, coordinate and arrange execution via the appropriate Packaging partners.
  • Occasionally coordinate and arrange small print jobs
  • Match print distribution for all markets

Profile

In order to qualify for the Traffic Coordinator position, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Comfortable working in a deadline driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Capable of managing multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize and follow up on tasks efficiently and independently
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office program is a must
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (understanding of how these work is sufficient, does not require proficiency)
  • Thorough understanding of creative file formats & asset logistics (understanding of print production is a plus!)
  • Problem solver who can deal with ambiguity and a team player
  • Experience with creative work environment preferred
