Position

Under the responsibility of the Human Resources Director, this position leads the development and implementation of programs that strengthen the skills and knowledge of associates at all levels within the organization. TRAINING >  Build the annual Training Plan for our three US leather goods production workshops, in California and Texas, to support approximately 800 associates. >  Build and follow the annual Training budget according to the validated Training plan (25,000 training hours/year) >  Comply with legal requirements regarding mandatory trainings >  Develop and secure the training and learning path for supervisory positions >  Develop and secure the training and learning path for new artisans, according to Louis Vuitton standards Contribute to developing and implementing the Ecole des Savoir-Faire programs and tools >  Adapt the training modules, within given guidelines, to meet local needs >  Identify internal trainers and train them >  Work closely with the French and European workshops to share best practices >  Analyze training needs to develop training programs >  Design and implement training programs, source resources >  Facilitate several internal training modules according to business needs (soft skills, safety, new hire orientation) >  Generate local and international reports based on updated logs >  Prepare training sessions and follow-up with trainers and trainees >  Collaborate with the Environment, Health and Safety Department to create awareness >  Develop partnerships with local trainers COMMUNICATION >  Animate the workshop Annual Communication Plan and the related budget >  Infuse and develop the Company Culture through events, visits and communication campaigns >  Coordinate the artisans' Committees in charge of promoting internal and external events (up to 2,000 guests) >  Create and animate the Local Magazine Committee to issue twice a year >  Coordinate internal communication documents and announcements >  Create and animate internal and external team-building events >  Provide support to the Leadership Team and Management on key subjects >  Create documents in English and Spanish, and provides interpretation for French communication >  Support Leadership Team in developing Company Projects and engaging associates >  Partner with Louis Vuitton Retail to develop strong bilateral relationships >  Develop new means of communication to enhance the pride and the well-being at work >  Performs other duties as assigned and deemed necessary based on business needs

Profile

>  Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field >  Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience >  Understanding of adult learning theory >  Instructional design and program management >  Demonstrate success in adapting programs to meet audience needs >  Strong business acumen and customer focus >  Ability to build strong and collaborative relationships (working with Leadership Teams) >  Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills >  Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines >  Excellent presentation skills >  Strong verbal and written communication skills >  Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and continually changing environment >  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) >  Bilingual language skills in English and Spanish are required, French is a plus >  Project Management (PM) Certificate is a plus
