Position Overview:
Implement the digital learning, provide support and actively contribute to the training team in the development of the digital learning environment.
Responsibilities:
Digital Learning and Virtual Training
- Lead and drive the digital learning & training efficiency platforms MY DIOR/FORMETRIS.
- Collaborate with Trainers, develop ideas and specific programs to enhance the digitalization in training including BCs engagement and BCs learning pre/during/post performance.
- Organize and moderate online activities during in-class physical and virtual training.
- Work collaboratively with Trainers on design & creation of local training contents according to the identified needs using the updated tools.
- Analyze and evaluate digital learning & training efficiency performance, come up with the action plans for achieving the defined objectives & improvement.
- Manage and keep the digital learning and training efficiency platforms (MY DIOR / FORMETRIS) up to date.
Administrative Support
- Support Training team on all training preparation, activities and projects, co-work and provide appropriate help when required
- Coordinate with Training Team and Cross Department to compile all kinds of required reports and requests, e.g. training attendance records, payment requisition, also implementation and follow up.
- Assist in maintaining good house keeping in training room including monitor training supplies, reorder as necessary to ensure training room clean and well organised .
- Provide logistic support on staff engagement and stock replenishment in training.
- Manage and follow up ad hoc training duties as assigned
