Christian Dior Couture currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Training Manager to join the Christian Dior Couture family in our Sydney Head Office.

Your role within the Maison

The Training Manager is accountable for the development and delivery of all technical training and related activities. Whilst this is a standalone role, it is deeply connected to many colleagues both in the office and throughout the boutiques in Australia and New Zealand

Key responsibility of the role include:

  • Plan, deliver and execute all technical training relating to products and collections
  • Attend train the trainer events (both physically and virtually) and translate that into delivery of local training (also physically and virtually)
  • Support long term training programs through training delivery and coaching with high potential employees within the business
  • Partner with head office departments to increase capability in specific knowledge areas and drive results in boutiques
  • Be an ambassador of the Christian Dior Couture brand by continuously positively representing the brand at all opportunities
  • Plan and deliver internal events to build people capability throughout Australia and New Zealand
  • Input into and assist in managing training budgets
  • Significant involvement in boutique execution and management

In addition to demonstrated experience in the above responsibilities, you will possess:

  • Extensive luxury retail experience
  • Strong experience of coaching all levels of the business
  • Ability to travel interstate and internationally
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Significant experience of presenting is essential
  • Ability to manage multiple competing work challenges
  • High learning agility
  • Experience of delivering face to face training preferred but not essential
