Position

Job Purpose:

The Training Manager is in charge of training and coaching the Client Service Center (CSC) Teams on the Dior selling ceremony and product to support the achievement of sales goals as well as on the dedicated tools of the CSC.


Profile

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Corporate Training team to implement training programs according to guidelines and global and local strategy focusing on brand culture, product knowledge, and selling ceremony
  • Develop, implement and revise training and education initiatives including working with team leaders to identify areas of opportunity
  • Analyze advisor's performance and define an effective training path for each staff member to achieve department targets
  • Design performance training reports that will drive improvements in operations and staff performance
  • Support the development of new corporate training and quality initiatives
  • Responsible for the implementation of all newly created training and development programs
  • Oversee orientation for new employees at all levels of the CSC
  • Strategize with the Training Manager and Vice President of Training, to revise or create new training programs based on business needs
  • Suggest and enhance new training techniques based on business needs
  • Provide additional professional development opportunities and resources to the CSC team

  • Ability to evaluate existing training programs and adapt content as needed
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Minimum 3 years of Training experience, preferably in a Client Service Center or retail environment
  • Passionate about fashion and the luxury business; avid follower of industry news
  • Strong presentation, organization & communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Powerpoint and Excel
  • Ability to develop interactive, creative, and comprehensive training programs in a variety of areas
