Position

MAIN OBJECTIVE

The Vice President, Creative Studio Operations and Production Management for fresh Global Headquarters, will be responsible for the overall management and supervision of the Creative Studio's operations, budgeting, end to end project management, production, resource coordination and team management.  Possessing a strong creative operations and production background, the Vice President, Creative Studio Operations & Production Management, will partner with the Fresh Artistic Director to execute the creative vision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the management of studio operations and resource coordination for the Global Creative Studio in New York
  • Create and manage the project flow, deadlines, resources and schedules, internal and on set, for all studio initiatives
  • Oversee and manage the studio budget, process and reconcile invoices, and manage costs
  • Mange the internal photo studio and all field production, providing overall vision and direction on production, ranging from photoshoots to still, from concept through execution
  • Provide support of creative excellence in preproduction, execution and postproduction follow up
  • Produce scripts and treatment for interviews- long form and short form- in collaboration with internal partners
  • Represent the Creative team by spearheading initiatives and solutions to improve processes to optimize production within set guidelines and deadlines
  • Facilitate the concept development and design process of the Department through the direction of Art Directors, Producers, Designers and the VP of Creative
  • Collaborate with designers and art directors on asset needs, partnering with marketing
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and external talent on fees, terms and usage, in collaboration with internal counsel
  • Train, manage and provide strong leadership and mentorship to the team
  • Set clear guidelines and expectations on deadlines and project terms to internal and external partners
  • Main contact with cross functional partners
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with talent and talent representatives (agents, managers, publicists, photographers, stylists, etc) and serve as the main point of contact
  • Create and maintain productive and effective relationships with internal and external clients and vendors
  • Manage Design Studio calendars, communications and records

Profile

  • Strong creative operations and production background required
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Studio Operations, Creative Operations, Photo Production, Marketing Operations in an ad agency, design studio, production company, or related field
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent required, preferably in Graphic Design/Marketing
  • Knowledge of graphics programs
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage large creative team (20+) and ability to navigate cross functional teams
