The HR Officer will contribute to Moet Hennessy Asia Pacific's journey in continuing its leadership in luxury Wines & Spirits through the driving of people-related communication and employer branding initiatives for Asia Pacific.

. Employer Branding

  • Take initiatives (on & off-line) to improve the MHAP employer brand (incl. developing the themes, editorial calendar and posts for the Moet Hennessy Asia Pacific LinkedIn feed)
  • Customize the Asia Pacific social media guidelines for LinkedIn usage and support the training of local LinkedIn page administrators
  • Monitor the performance of the LinkedIn posts via feed analytics and adjust the editorial planning to enhance engagement and reach
  • Work with local market LinkedIn page administrators to ensure that their pages are editorially in line with global and regional strategy
  • Support local market LinkedIn page administrators in working with the LinkedIn Customer Success manager in resolving technical queries as needed 

2. HR Communications

  • Prepare employee guides and guidelines around key career development materials for Asia Pacific for market HR to use/deploy
  • Assist the regional HR Director in drafting confidential senior leadership moves within the organization in English and French 

3. Organizational Development & Learning Communications

  • Curate content- working with key internal stakeholders - and promotional communication around key L&D initiatives for the HK regional office and across the region (e.g. drive usage of learning platforms and apps)
  • Prepare communication updates for the various leadership forums on OD&L initiatives

4. Internal Communications

  • Support the organization of the regional video broadcast of the Call with Country Leaders, a thrice-yearly leadership call by the Asia President
  • Plan and design employee communications for global LVMH organizational initiatives available to MH employees to generate awareness, excitement, interest and participation (e.g. LVMH DARE, diversity initiatives)

5. Vendor Management

  • Co-ordinate and liaise with vendors selected to work on internal communications projects


  • Education: University degree

  • Languages: Fluent in English and French; Mandarin (or other Asian languages) is a definite plus

  • Professional experience & know how:
    - Entry level
    - Any prior work experience in communications, and/or Learning & Development

  • Technical & management skills:
    - Good English and French writing skills with a love for the language
    - Digitally-savvy
    - Competent in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
