Position

MISSION STATEMENT

Assists the director of E-Commerce on building the Clos19 assortment and on controlling and
optimizing the Clos19 inventory on a daily basis in relation with the sales team.
Assists customer service with US specific questions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

This position reports to the Clos19 Director of Ecommerce

In charge of Clos19 bottles and accessories monthly assortment:

o Assist the Director of eCommerce in building the Clos19 monthly assortment inclusive
of new assortment opportunities, newness, etc.
o Coordinate with supply-oriented teams to understand ongoing and seasonal
assortments at distributor and at retailers
o Make sure new SKUs, limited editions, minis, etc. are launched on time
o Assist the Director of eCommerce to create commercial offerings like bundles, etc.
o Execute trade marketing programs, including promotional programs, that drive
sell-through while maintaining marketing excellence and premium brand equity
o Manage offers and inventory of accessories, including sales forecasts, replenishment
and demand planning.

Assists the Director of eCommerce in maintaining a strong relationship with all Clos19
regional leads:

o Keep Regional leads informed ahead of times of all marketing materials and programs
coming up in order to analyze product availability at retailer level to align with
communications and marketing plans
o Proactively inform Clos19 regional leads of new product launches at least 90 days to launch so that they have time to make sure retailers are stocked up

Customer service liaison:

o Proactively inform customer service of new product launches, new marketing
campaigns, new commercial pushes, new state roll out, new retailer onboarded on
Thirstie for Clos19, etc. so that they can accurately inform consumers when asked


Profile

Education: Undergraduate Degree required

Languages: English (French optional)

Experience and Skills:
Extensive knowledge of the Moet Hennessy portfolio.
Experience in the alcohol and beverage industry.
A first relevant experience in E-Commerce is required.
Good level of English.
