Position

MISSION STATEMENT

The role of the Operations VIE will be to support the Operations department (Logistics & Compliance, Supply Chain Planning, Master Data & Pricing and Customer Operations / Service) with project management, process improvement and tool development. The VIE will be a critical support in documenting and enhancing current ways of working, as well as developing new ways of working.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

>  Support the creation of a Supply Planning functionality within our new ANAPLAN technology collaboratively with the Supply Chain Planning team ANAPLAN programmers and team
>  Support the VP Operation creating a true S&OP process between Key Distributor markets, Regional Sales Heads and internal Operations. Demand Planning accuracy improvements is the key objective. Creation of meaningful KPIs visualized in a handy Dashboard is another goal.
>  Support Demand Planning and Customer Operations team to improve collaboration and efficient interactions via enhanced and new processes and tools
>  Study the possibilities to create a VMI process with top 2 Distributors in battleground markets
>  Complete immersion in American team, distributors and local vendors and supplies
>  Learn the intricacies of a business such as US alcohol beverage industry which can only be done by hands-on training


Profile

>  Master's degree in Business or Engineering with a specialization in Supply Chain
>  2-3 years of internships and work experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Demand Planning or Logistics, preferably within the Wine & Spirits, CPG, Beverage industries, etc.
>  Strong written and verbal communication skills
>  Proficient in MS Excel (VBA mandatory), strong analytical experience with data and information systems
>  Cross functional team player and ability to work independently when needed
>  Highly organized individual being able to work with limited direction; must be able to set and adjust priorities independently
>  Strong organizational and time management skills

Mandatory VIE criteria :
- Anyone aged over 18 and under 28 at the time they register can apply to be an international intern.
- You must have French or European nationality (i.e. be a national of a Member State of the European Economic Area, which includes the 28 Member States of the European Union including Norway, Iceland, Lichtenstein and Monaco).
- Being graduated from a Bachelor/Master degree, and hold the diploma.
