> Primary contact for all ambassador POSM and product sample orders. Responsible for ordering, maintaining inventory and shipment to end users.
> Coordinate annual calendar of Maison Brand Ambassadors and support execution of event planning with Regional Sales Teams and Private Client Managers
> Support Trade Marketing Manager with POSM shipment and tracking in ePOS and Anaplan for quarterly programs and flow POSM
> Coordinate and execute up to 10 Hennessy Brand Education trips to Cognac, France
> Lead coordination, execution and budget tracking of Annual Distributor Incentive
> Develop Sell Sheets for Brand Education and quarterly Trade Marketing programs
> Support Trade Marketing Manager with quarterly Off Premise program recaps complete with KPI achievement and pictures from regions
> Manage and track all Trade Marketing vendor payment process
> Support the execution of trade education and events for National Ambassador, Private Client Managers and Portfolio Specialists
> Support development and execution of trade education materials and tools including education literature
> Compile and present monthly competitive tracking of product and tool innovation
> Master's degree
> Internship or past work experience in marketing within wine & spirits or CPG
> Dedicated work ethic and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
> Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
> Proficient in MS excel, Power point and Sharepoint
> Cross functional team player with a proactive mindset.
> Organized and efficient with time management.
> Knowledge of SAP preferred

Duration: 18 months (please make sure to be eligible to the J1 Trainee visa for 18 months)

Mandatory VIE criteria :
- Anyone aged over 18 and under 28 at the time they register can apply to be an international intern.

- Being graduated from a Bachelor/Master degree, and hold the diploma.
