Recruit new clients outside of the Boutique clientele to develop qualitatively the data base:
- Work on getting external clients by meeting local business entities (Banks, Oil companies, Government entities etc.)
- Find and develop new business opportunities with Palaces and royal families of UAE through Assistants or business getters.
Be in constant contact with the PR Team in Dubai to know what are the events happening in Dubai, UAE and get the possibility to meet influential profiles.
Ensure a constant Inactive client reactivation to develop the existing data base.
Follow up with the Boutique Manager the development of each client within the Client develop path.
Perform a minimum of 10 OTO a week, inside or outside the boutique with local client from Dubai, UAE.
Attend and oversee some team members qualitative OTO in order to increase the cross selling between universes of the boutique and giving closing sales coaching.
Increase client loyalty in all departments with Department Managers and Sales Associate support by following up on OTO results and TO generated.
Grow and upgrade clientele within the VIC, VVIC & Elite category. Propose local activities to increase customer loyalty and purchase.
Demonstrate excellent product knowledge in all departments. Provide and share expertise on products and sales training to the Boutique Team.
Reach and exceed your individual sales targets and develop it specifically in asked department.
Be a role model for new starters and the sales consultants and comply with Christian Dior values.
