Christian Dior Couture currently has a fantastic opportunity for an in-store Visual Merchandiser to join their team based in the Sydney Flagship boutique, whilst supporting the rest of the Sydney locations.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager, the Visual Merchandiser is responsible for, but not limited to, assisting in delivering the VM guidelines and instructions in-store on a daily basis, ensuring VM standards are executed as required and provide training where needed, analysing VM effectiveness and identify alternative solutions, and supporting all retail and marketing related event setup.
As the ideal candidate, you will be detail-oriented and highly motivated to create exceptional visual experiences and exceed expectations. Your ‘can do' attitude and adaptability will see you succeed in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment.
In addition, you will have:
- A minimum 2-3 years in a similar role within the retail industry;
- Ability to excel in a high-end service environment;
- Ability to handle a variety of requests and work to demanding deadlines;
- Strong communication skills and a professional manner;
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as autonomously.
