Responsible for all reporting and financial budget management. Works in close relationship with the department and vendors to ensure payments are processed in a timely manner.



  • Assist with monthly financial close: analyze GL accounts, communicate/reconcile accruals and ensure the accuracy of transactions posted in AX
  • Maintain vendor database and process entry paperwork for all new vendors
  • Process invoices; allocate charges by cost centers, GL codes and enter the transactions in the PO System & E-invoicing
  • Communicate with suppliers when needed
  • Follow up with vendors regarding payment schedule, respond promptly to inquiries and requests
  • Review monthly reconciliation and input data into Paris VM Cost Manager file for reporting
  • Maintain project cost sheets and act as liaison with Events, Marketing and Wholesale Team for invoice processing
  • Handle additional administrative projects as needed



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • An aptitude for numbers and a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent organization and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; AX and/or similar Accounting Software
  • Anaplan knowledge a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player, highly motivated and capable of working independently while remaining sensitive to deadlines
  • Ability to communicate strategically across all levels of the organization
  • Strong follow through skills
